We understand how important it is to save for the future. ConnectOne Bank matches 100% up to 5% of the employee contribution. Full-time employees are eligible at age 18 after 90 days of service.

Student Opportunities
Our summer internship program allows students the opportunity to learn by doing. ConnectOne Bank interns gain real-world experience in business banking throughout the duration of their program.
